Pros
- This company will be able to show you the basics of digital marketing, which is great for novice marketers or recent college grads... Unfortunately, that's all they can really show you, but more on that later. - Opportunity to take on additional tasks, if you're interested in becoming their "Jack of all trades" (you'll hear that phrase a lot). - Your coworkers will be some of the kindest, most creatively intelligent people you will ever meet. - Unlimited vacation (sort of...) and a fairly flexible work schedule - Laid back work environment, which is nice to an extent - If you enjoy alcohol, you'll get to drink subpar beer during office hours every time management has bad news... So you'll drink a lot. - Conveniently located next to a Jimmy John's and Pizza Hut. Don't sleep on the lunch buffet.

Where. Do. I. Begin? - I'm actually convinced that Copy Paste Solutions is uninterested in improving. I believe they're comfortable being average and enjoy operating in ignorance. I don't have time to explain their horrible business model, but if you'd like more information, a former coworker of mine was kind enough to elaborate in a previous review they buried with fake positive reviews. - First, their clients are 95% podiatrists, which is why I refer to them as Copy Paste Solutions, because they use the same cheap marketing tricks on every client. There is no originality, no creativity, no strategy. Everything is practically the same. In fact, in some cases, they use the same marketing plan on clients who practice in the SAME CITY! - Copy Paste Solutions has no idea how to report to their clients. In the time I was there, we changed our reporting method at least 4 times. No one is ever on the same page with client communication because of it. You'll actually spend more time trying to understand what's happening with the account, than doing quality work. - Their client onboarding process is in shambles. Getting a new client is so incredibly stressful because no one, not even the COO, knows what's needed to transition a new client. But hey, keep bringing in the low paying clients to overload your employees, that's not your problem, right? - They are incapable of creating a sales funnel, so generating new business (outside of podiatrists) is nearly impossible for them. Which is fine for Copy Paste Solutions, because they LOVE FEET and don't mind signing on clients that pay them in gum. Actually, no. Gum would be an improvement. Trust me, you've never seen a company that does more FREE work than Copy Paste Solutions. So long as the CEO can get her hair done for free, she'll make her already overworked employees build a new website for anyone. No wonder the employees are underpaid. - Oh, I didn't mention pay? Well you didn't miss much, because there's not much to tell. Seriously, if you're looking for long term stability, look elsewhere. You'd be lucky to make over $40k here... Maybe if you stay 10 years, you'll make $40,750. - That brings me to another point, the turn over rate is ridiculously high. I was there 18mo. and saw 12 people leave, including one who was there for only 4 days! Honestly, more than half of their team, including the COO and most of their "Leadership" team, has been with the company for less than 2 years. - Finally, and most importantly, EVERYTHING YOU DO WILL BE MONITORED! The illuminati looks into less than Copy Paste Solutions. You're actually encouraged to record your bathroom breaks and leave a comment on the time entry in their project management system. It's so outrageous that there may be days where you actually spend the same amount of time reporting your work, than ACTUALLY DOING YOUR WORK. There's so much more to say, (nepotism, micromanagement, ignorance, false intelligence, ACTUALLY LYING TO EMPLOYEES ) but I'm sure they're working on "processes" to fix all these issues... (*Insert eye roll emoji*)
