I'm not sure where to start... Employees are getting hired and fired/quitting like you wouldn't believe. Besides the horrible turnover rate, pay is not even close to what you could be earning at other companies. Low $30s people.... They only hire people 28 years and younger because they know they can pay you less than what you are worth, and you will take the pay (so don't do this). You work over 45 hours and are expected to take your work home with you (that is not great work life balance what so ever, I mean come on). You watch your other coworkers schedules change and realize they stay hours late and don't get compensated for it. The management is so fake; smiles to your face, but is really talking about you and placing blame, they also babysit you while you are working (I'm not kidding). Everyone wants to quit and are slowly working towards doing so.
