Pros
Work life balance is a positive aspect of the company. No need to work long hours and office environment is great among employees. Large company with a lot of strings with the government - can influence energy policy. Compensation is market level.
Cons
Not walking the talk and culture still influenced by the state controlled years. Projects are sometimes unfairly challenged due to non alignment between company areas. Leadership do not have a lean and direct communication with staff and this can cause frustration (hidden agenda).
