Pros
The 9/80 schedule and Holiday shutdown is great as long as you are not required to work on the scheduled days off.
Cons
The turnover in the accounting area is massive. No training, all the people who had the knowledge on procedures have left. Multiple systems that don't link up and the most counter-productive convoluted period closing procedure.
