      The company continues grow in the lubricant market. Employees are great to work with. A safe environment to work in.

      Cons

      The company can be very slow in advancing employees and giving raises. Advancement in the company is slow to none and you would be better off leaving the company for more money.

      Small company that has a somewhat family attitude.

      Cons

      The management lacks vision and clings to historical ways of doing things. Their lack of vision prevents any real growth and tends to pigeon hole employees into one position.
