Pros
Met some great people and was a good opportunity to start my career.
Cons
Low pay, low morale, overwhelming amount of work with very little recognition. Top level management do not value there staff. There is a definite hierarchical structure in the organisation in terms of decision making. Lack of investment in resources, old fashioned business approach with a lack of innovation. 10 years behind...Lots of catching up to do!!
