No room for advancement, no pay increases (Still at $10.00 an hour after 5 years). I've had wonderful reviews written by the clients, have stepped up to every challenge I have been given and have a background in business management but still cannot get anyone at corporate to give me the opportunity to rise within the company. I have asked for a raise yearly and continue to be told that they do not offer raises. Truthfully, having worked for a district manager recently that is a bully, has no communication skills and works through intimidating tactics rather than communication & cooperation, I have taken that this is definitely not the job for me any longer. Speak to current employees before applying. Seek advice on volition.com. Not all Distract Managers are bad but the Regional and DM for my area are just not worth giving 150% any longer. I am great at my job and feel as though it is not appreciated nor am I considered an asset to the company.
