Nepotism runs amuck here. Favoritism is also very prevalent. Information not distributed in a timely manner. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. If you speak your mind, you're chastised, Supervisors and Managers do not work together, lots of finger-pointing. HR isn't any better - they claim to work for the employees, when in reality, they work for the CEO. So much miscommunication. Be careful. Employees who are not qualified to be in management continue to hold these positions because of "who they know". The bottom line is the only thing that they seem to care about.
