Scattered hours. No benefits like paid vacation, paid time off, or health/dental insurance for full-time employees. Hard to use sick time because of lack of shift coverage. No opportunity for moving up/promotion. If your patient ends up in the hospital you can’t work and don’t get paid. No boundaries because the patient is technically also your boss, the company basically just pays you and nothing more.
