I’ve been with CPT for about eight years, and it’s been a genuinely positive experience. From the top down, leadership has always stayed committed to creating an environment where everyone—no matter their role—feels valued and on the same level.
There’s an unspoken open-door policy that encourages collaboration and sharing ideas. Sure, CPT does all the fun things—company events, free snacks, birthday gift cards—but what really sets it apart is the people. It’s a company led by good people who’ve hired more good people, making it a really great place to work.
Cons
The work can be challenging, everything revolves around court deadlines. If you’re not comfortable working under tight timelines, this might not be the place for you.
