Pros
- Most staff are friendly and helpful - Long time workers are valued (most seniors and directors worked their way from bottom up) - As it is a small sized business, you'll know most people and it helps if you want to switch teams or roles (which is possible)
Cons
-Everything depends on which team you get into as teams are vastly different. There is a gap between the better teams and the substandard teams. - You can be working late when you shouldn't have to and it can be quite regular. Again some teams seem to not have this problem. - Not all teams can have flexible working hours
