Pros
Great people that care about their job and the company on a ground level (management down) Good pay in leadership roles Some degree of autonomy in leadership role
Cons
The companies “consultant” is more of a COO than a consultant and doesn’t really understand basic management. Many reactive decisions and the CEO just agrees with everything he says CEO is scared of retaliation , so doesn’t do anything for leadership (no leadership lunches , outings etc). I was there two years and not once had lunch with my ceo whom I was reporting to Very old school company that’s scared to make any real changes No work life balance. The PTO policy is probably the worst I have experienced in my career No clear path. It’s more of a day to day type company. No vision (or at least it wasn’t shared with me)
