Pros
Great company to work for. Great co-workers and management. Decent pay with bonus. On site convenience Store, restaurant, bank and barber. Lots of company activities, team building activities.
Cons
Full bonus is very difficult to achieve. Expect long hours to ensure that you hit your bonus and don't leave any issues to the overnight crew. Extreme multitasking. in order to solve problems to save loads you need to work with other driver managers, drivers, planners and convince them all to get on board with your plan. There really is too much responsibility put on the DM's. Not everything can be done effectively.
