Pros

There is a convenient store, grill, bank, sprint store, barber shop, theater and gym located inside the building.

Cons

The company has been laying off people nonstop and the tension is high. They are replacing everyone with people from Mexico. For 2 years they have stopped yearly raises and cut back on bonuses to less then half the amount. Good luck going home on time. If you do they will have a long child like talking to you about being part of the team, then they will take the rest of the week off themselves. The ops managers treat customer service very poorly, they are more concerned about there drivers then the customer. If you are a women it is even worse. 2 years ago the company hired a lot of special project managers and sales team to boost their customer base. They were spending more money on people designing graphs then people that did the actual job. This plan failed big time because no one was concentrated on the customer. CR England's moto is"their way"not make it easy for the customer. Because of this, England has lost a lot of large accounts. There is no room for advancement unless you have the England blood inside of you. There are 3 big buildings connected to each other and they were all full of employees. Now its a ghost town. Funny right after the last layoff and our bonuses being cut, brand new Audi's were parked out front. At least the England family got there new cars.
