You used to be able to make a living here. You had the ability to earn a bonus and be your own boss. Micro managing and nepotism have eliminated that.
Cons
Every time an England graduates from any school they are shoved into a VP position with no experience. I worked there for 5 years, went through 3 mass layoffs. They started lowering pay by 15k a year on new office employees. Average length of employment used to be 10 years. Now it's 6 months. They constantly lie and change bonus numbers after the period is over, shorting you. They do not care about drivers. I was a driver manager and team lead, and they treat drivers like garbage and never want them to go home. Upper management changes course and direction every week, making consistency impossible. Do not work here.
