Pros
Good equipment; good training; overall good company that seems to care for their drivers. Many opportunities to grow into a good driving job
Cons
DM was somewhat calloused and seemed to be only interested in production. Need to be a little more concerned with work life balance. The biggest negative is the team aspect of training with someone with little or no more experience than the second seat.
