Poor training (“trip plan, trip plan, trip plan, goal, practice backing, etc” but do you actually get properly trained to do these things? NO!, terrible gps equipment, low pay (can’t afford to buy suitable gps unit). So when you get sent places like NYC, you’re screwed. The whole organization is so awesome that they have no idea what the other guy is doing. I had to spend hours on the phone to get money that I was supposed to be getting automatically (repeatedly). The place is a machine, with so many leaks and an every man for himself culture it’s a wonder they’re still in business.
