There’s no Pros with this company. It’s a bad company to work for.
Cons
They give false promises, no pay increases, run you all over the world for pocket change while everyone else in the office is pocketing millions when the drivers are the front line and should be taken care of first. They lost their contract with Coca-cola in Vegas and didn’t communicate that until I showed up for work at my normal time then the manager says to me” oh today is your last day going to Vegas and you’ll have to find another account to go to”. If your fresh out of trucking school and need head start CR England is good for that but don’t get too comfortable there’s other opportunities world wide. Beside they get paid a lot of money to ensure you pass your course and a lot more money per load while you get $30 the company gets thousands of dollars.
