Pros
I have worked for C R England for more than seven years. I have been a IC and company driver and now a manager. I was able to get my CDL schooling was fast paced. The on the road training was great learned a lot, had good trainers. The pay is there if you are hungry and know what it takes to get what you want. Nothing is handed to you, you have go work for it. There is a chance to move up and around the company in different positions if you have the skills and knowledge to be considered for advancement. All the equipment I have used over the years were always well maintained.
Cons
the pay could be a little better. Mainly I feel the company should screen new trainees (drivers) better to weed out those who just won't cut it. Second train their trainers better to insure they give the trainees the best possible skills available.
