Pros
I got my CDL through C.R. England. Right off the bat I got an excellent trainer and was put into my own truck after about a month. I got along well with my dispatcher and did not feel like I was pressured to violate HOS to make appointment times.
Cons
Unless I requested time off, I would only be home for about 2 days a month. About what I would expect as an OTR driver, but that schedule and lifestyle wasn't for me and I had to leave for a local job after a year.
