Pros
Small Company, decent communication, quick to find answers you're looking for. CEO & CRO were pretty efficient, easy to talk to, and did not micromanage. Had lots of freedom, and "quotas" / outreach was easy to achieve.
Cons
As a sales person, there was not too much demand for the product. So you likely will not be selling alot which is disheartening. Before joining the C-suite closed most of the big deals that were available. The Risk/BSA departments we targeted did not have any urgency to move forward purchasing the product, deals were often alot smaller than promised, and few and far between
