Weekly meetings to keep everyone working together to deliver great solutions and value to our clients. Good flexibility in scheduling tasks and projects. Family oriented company. Opportunity to learn the latest technologies and get great hands on experiencing in a variety of industries. Leadership does a great job of helping you find what you're good at and improve as a professional. They provided me opportunities for valuable IT certifications and the ability to go to conferences and networking events. The best job I have had!

Most of the challenges I had have been resolved as leadership is always willing to have an honest conversation and do everything they can to keep their people happy. They are very reasonable.
