CRC Health does help people, but needs to do a better job of supporting their employees - Anonymous employee CRC Health Group Employee Review

Employees are given a lot of responsibility, very little support, then blamed when there are problems. Sort of the McDonalds of treatment, but I think McDonalds does a good job of training their people, CRC Health not so much. There is a disconnect here as CRC Health runs programs that help sames people's lives.
