Pros
Most peers were a joy and made the office experience really enjoyable.
Cons
Spirituality and outward faith was used a lot to judge people subjectively and force people to conform. Love, service and excellence was used as measure of people's performance, but it was all based on what leadership perceived as loving and serving which was often just performative whilst those who had more quiet personalities or displayed love in other ways were punished and bullied. There is no room for quieter personalities in this organisation. The word culture is thrown around without any real understanding of the word, and whether or not you fit the culture was just based on what leadership judged of your personality rather than your work ethic. Despite genuine attempts by many to highlight and fix issues in the company, leadership often displayed a lack of humility and willingness to listen. Whenever the company faces any hardship, leadership often took it out on the employees through tightening control and imposing arbitrary rules. Many have been hired under false pretences and promises that aren't followed through on, including many being enticed to leave good jobs to join the company, then let go or made to quit under hurtful circumstances. Some people have also been hired under the promise of visa sponsorship then just let go of suddenly, with no security for their future in the country.
