Some Good, Some Not So Much - Data Sales CREXi Employee Review

Was completely misguided during my interview process about what OTE would be. (Base was as promised, commission was no where near what was promised) Management needs to take some fault when the entire organization struggles. When everyone on the team struggles they lack ownership over short-comings and would rather blame talent. Turnover is rapid, majority of people in the organization last 6 months or less.
