Hiring people just to hire and make it look like they're growing. Spreading leads too thin after raising quota (which few people are hitting) during a rough time in the real estate market. And they put up with some people stealing leads, which it looks like they are trying to do something about, but the damage has already been done. The monthly quotas were hard enough when times were good, but now it's just madness and the good people are just going to leave.
