Pros
They offer many small perks like free lunches, and work with a variety of clients.
Cons
They expect long hours, absolute perfectionism in everything they do. The management constantly pick favorites, and give credit and raises disproportionate to the talented staff actually doing the bulk of the hard work. CRGA has too many project managers that waste lower level staffs time trying to over manage, and have no clue how to use revit, or autocad. Because of this unfamiliarity with the technology, they place highly unrealistic expectations on turn around time and set incredibly aggressive deadlines to please clients but often times results in salaries staff members working until 8-10pm or even 12 midnight. They do not pay their staff according to production ability or skill. Upper management picks favorites and has no problem being abusive.
