Pros
Perfect administration, absolutely no problems with terms of payment, holidays, illness etc. Friendly colleagues. This seems to be a residue of the past when the company resembled a family.
Cons
Actual management takes employees as human resources rather than human beings. If there is a project, everything is OK. If not, they simply cut the contract. Searching for contracts is formal and passive, they simply look for tenders instead of trying to push the employees actively. No training (except of self-training), no personal evaluation/grow, rare internal projects.
