      Pros

      I can see real compassion for the people that come in for help. Specific treatment for Opioid addiction, using non-addictive medication. The possibility for evolving as a company, instead of staying in their old ways of doing things. Recognition of different genders.

      Cons

      Some contradiction towards gender recognition. Not enough compensation for the work we do. Always short staffed.
