No progression, good job if desperate - Anonymous CRISP Employee Review

Have to provide own equipment. Basic training materials. Not very helpful in actually learning what the job is like. No progression to different roles. No rights (working as a contractor, when really should be employees). Very stressful work, focussing hard all the time, can have distressing content. Often issues with payment being late. Can be fired for making mistakes, making mistakes is easy because there a new clients to work and they all have different requirements. Limited help with legal issues caused by distressing content which may be seen.
