When a company has had 5+ names but the product doesn't change, that alone should be a red flag! - Anonymous employee CRMSuite Employee Review

The cons of working for this company are too numerous to count but there are a few that stand out as previously mentioned by other posters. 1. First and foremost being payroll. Payroll is consistently late, pay dates are moved regularly essentially creating a skipped pay period that the CEO RKL hopes employees will not pick up on and eventually not have to pay employees that check. Good luck obtaining your last paycheck when you leave, there is a long list of former employees (check the facebook group they are there) who have to pursue legal action via small claims court to at least obtain a judgment (which he has no intentions of paying) for their last paycheck. 2. Medical benefits are a joke, the money is held from your paycheck but the health insurance premiums aren't paid but you won't find this out until you go to the doctor and your insurance is denied because it has been termed. Nonetheless premiums will continue to be held from your pay and do no expect to get them refunded... 3. A fake 401k retirement plan can be added as well, what is a fake 401k retirement plan you ask? That is where the money is deducted from your paycheck but never deposited into the 401k account, similar to how the health insurance above works. If the money is ever deposited it isn't done before it can actually grow before the benefit disappears or a new servicer is assigned. 4. Reimbursement for expenses traveling for RKL's company, how dare you ask to be reimbursed in a timely fashion to pay for the expenses you incurred trying to sell his product, or train a new customer on his product, that is ludicrous, he has personal luxury expenses that are way more important than your mortgage/health insurance/retirement! You may eventually get reimbursed but not in time to make those credit card payments and he isn't covering your interest related to those charges either. 5. Autonomy in your work day, uhhhhh no way. The CEO RKL has to control every moment of every day! IP addresses are tracked so even though the jobs are 100% remote, if you are not at your home location you are considered to be on vacation and you will not be paid to work from any other IP address. 6. Moral Compasses are discouraged. You will be instructed to lie to customers about almost everything, the system is down, it's the server we use they didn't tell us there was maintenance scheduled (not that the bill went unpaid and the server was shut down), oh your card was charged twice, sorry that was a system glitch. You will be instructed to lie to Vendors, the payment is on the way, we are waiting on xyz from abc etc. You will lie to potential customers when trying to sell promising features and updates that will takes forever to implement or will never come once a dealer signs on the dotted line. 7. Hopes and Dreams? This is the company you come to work for if looking to have those shattered. The CEO RKL boasts on multiple platforms about the company growing, unlimited income potential, growth opportunities, the sky is the limit, looks promising huh???? Don't fall for the hype. I would encourage you to check the company website www.TheCRM.com , most of the people listed no longer work for CRMSuite or whatever it is called today. Over half listed on that website have quit and most have not been paid what they are owed. Reach out on any other platform to some of these people, I promise they have a story or 10 to tell you about their time and would love to help prevent you from making the same mistake.
