AVOID RKL at all costs - Technical Support CRMSuite Employee Review

It’s a small growing company but the work environment and training was exceptional. Everyone works as a team and they have developed a platform that is truly incredible. From CEO down to the lowest position everyone is treated the same!

None that I could even think of.

I wish there were any.

There are so many to list.... - Pay is constantly late, incorrect, or not paid at all. - Upper management is an absolute joke. They only care about themselves and not their employees at all. - They obviously have financial problems and it's so obvious since they will wire you your paycheck and not run it through payroll. - The owner lays people off right after Christmas and then in the same breath talks about how nice his LA Condo is and that he is opening a new Beverly Hills office. - The owner Keith loves to make fun of his employees in front of everyone, uses would and offensive language, and has been in deep trouble in his past....which he obviously hasn't learned from. - Benefits are simply awful and an embarrassment. - The owner will state all of the above items are do to the pandemic..but they aren't at all...it's just normal practice for them.
