      Great people to work with. International.

      Cons

      Board and senior management need to be better aligned. Senior management put new initiatives and services in place but expect quick results when taking amore strategic mid to long-term approach would be more appropriate. They give up on some things too quickly without allowing the operational and commercial teams to develop and nurture those new services.
