Pros
Gives you solid exposure to java technology stack (spring), maybe some javascript (extjs), grails and alfresco if you get a chance. You may have a misfortune and end up wasting time with IBM technologies. A year or a two at CROZ will give you a chance to land a better job at some other company, just remember there is no point in staying longer if you don't advance.
Cons
Technologies used are not considered modern anymore.
No or late exposure to hot technologies (ie big data, hadoop, scala, play, angularjs)
Low wages compared to other companies with similar clients/technologies.
You get to "work" on low end computers at client site which is just tedious waste of time and nerves.
No or poor middle management.
Company "culture" expects you to work work hard and work some more. Which would be great if it would lead somewhere or be rewarded.
No career path.
