Some of the pros of working for CRP is the community. The company checks in with you regularly as you are contracted out to other organizations, and they inquire about how things are going if there is anything they can do to support you. Your manager is always willing to go bat for you.

I don’t really have any cons other than follow the chain of command no matter what the contractor advises you.
