Pros

None, The only pro is the company CRS Merged with.

Cons

Don’t even get me started on this “company” if you can even call it that. Please do not accept employment with this company no matter what you do, there are better temporary housing companies that you can work for that will appreciate your talents and the hard work you are putting in. Since joining this company I saw countless colleagues leave, one after another, due to the company’s EXTREMELY poor culture and management. Upon joining the team, we had a group meeting and every single employee and MANAGER in the zoom meeting, were mocking other fellow employees and customers and talking about how “rude” they are like it was an accolade, like it was cute or something. It felt like being back in high school again, sitting at a table full of mean girls.. They have the worst company culture that I have ever seen in my entire life. They are not anyone that I would trust my insurance company with let alone to deal with my time of need. Please don’t work with this company or let them do your hous

Pros

This is a great job if you're self-motivated and ready to work. It’s fast-paced, demanding, and incredibly rewarding if you’re truly committed. As long as you’re actively on the phone and getting your work done, you’ll do really well here. A few important things to know: If you’re looking for a remote job so you can casually watch your kids or multitask household responsibilities, this is not the job for you. The expectations are high, and focus is required. You’ll often work long hours, especially during emergencies. This company handles emergency housing placements, so during crisis situations, overtime and even 10-hour days or weekends are sometimes necessary. Management is awesome — supportive, communicative, and open to helping you grow. If your current position doesn’t feel like a perfect fit, there are regular opportunities to shift to something that suits you better. It’s a high-speed environment, and you need to be able to move quickly and stay organized. One small downside: they no longer offer free drinks, so keep your coffee stocked at home! Overall, if you’re reliable, work well under pressure, and want to grow within a company that’s truly making a difference, this could be a great place for you.

Cons

Long hours and mandatory over time

Cons

low pay for the amount of the work asked for, turn over for managers and specialists is extremely high as in a new class for something almost every other week and someone quitting or being fired a few times a week it felt like
