      great intern program lots of opportunities to learn from company c suite and other execs/leaders hands on, real value-creating work and projects

      Cons

      intern program was still new and not always the most organized, but I could tell they were working hard to work out any kinks

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
