      I got to work from home.

      Lack of training, company support, organization, company moral, lots of turn over, bad public image, and unrealistic expectations with little to no help from management.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
