The work being done here is meaningful and you really are helping patients. Will allow you to learn the skills needed to work in this field. Some events for employees to all get to know each other and have fun.
Cons
Poor management in certain departments. Minimum vacation and sick leave. Hours aren’t always consistent. Once you have learned everything in your department there isn’t much room to grow. Lower pay compared to other companies. Hard to get information from anyone higher up.
