      Pros

      Good for beginners. Reimbursement is quite good for office expenses.

      Cons

      Even the biggies have no self-respect. Juniors have to struggle for every bit. HR is irresponsible all the time. HR is super egoistic. Once joined then you'll be stuck there. They don't release you. They play with juniors career. Very shameful that I was working for such low minded people.

      Pros

      Good exposure for freshers in terms of leading technologies in CX space. Good company if you are a bootlicker.

      Cons

      1) Egoistic & Insecure management. 2) Heavy micro management at every step. 3) No clarity about increments, no increments for more than 2 years. 4) Very toxic exit process.
