Pros
I worked at CS Recruiting for three years. It was a small team when I started and when I left there were over twenty employees. CS is a place where you can be a very independent contributor but feel as if you are also a part of a team. Being my first small company I did not know what to expect, but the owners had multiple years of experience with change and how to keep the employees engaged during those changes. I had a lot of opportunities to challenge myself, professionally, personally and monetarily. They allow you to plan your day, your schedule and essentially your path to success. It's a great place to be if you enjoy a relaxed and fun environment that still pushes you to work hard. The recruitment team is a lot of fun and you collaborate with each other to fill the opportunities that are presented by the clients. CS gave me a great three years that allowed flexible schedules, benefits and a truly enjoyable work environment.
Cons
You must be prepared to hustle - this is not a role that you can sit back and watch the days go by. Recruiting is a tough practice but if you master it you will see success.
