Great Company to work for with understanding management.

No cons for the review.

Administrative roles were not asked to work a lot of overtime. Good benefits Decent pay for administrative roles, cannot speak to how they do for professional roles.

No clear direction for leadership of the administrative team. Firm wide, it felt like new initiatives were being introduced all the time, and then back tracked and we had another new imitative. It felt like decision were not followed through on, just jumping to the next new exciting idea. I did not find that leadership was good at encouraging collaboration or comradery between departments.
