Pros
Good group of people working there at the manager level and below. There used to be some fun events, nice parties and cool contests throughout the year that helped break up the day and take your mind off of work and helped me feel like part of something bigger
Cons
Firm seems fragmented and each partner focused on betterment of their own micro unit with little to no thought (certainly not well communicated) to the overall firm goals and mission together. Feels like a bunch of mom and pops run by feuding families that don't really get along with each other. Good people who added and helped to enrich us and grow our team and added to the multiculturalism in different ways left. Very little communication from on top during corona .. the seldom communications we did receive read condescending to me.
