Great Company to work for

Nothing negative that I can think of.

Good appreciation of employees, and events driven toward demonstrating this. the company hold several morale events per year, and tries to increase employee satisfaction.

Lacking in long-term outlook, and vision. The owners have lost much of the "new company" energy, and instead focus on business decisions that are not always employee focused.
