csa was most worst organization to work. these work culture was very toxic since the day i joined. apart from that it had a bad habbit of stealing the wages with small small reason. beside this it doesm't offer exit papers properly. did not offer pf benifits also. no go.
they are good but scale is not good.
their main problem is that they do not have enough hr policy.
entry levels peoples are always negotiated with lower salary.
