There is no shortage of learning here, and the leadership team expects the highest level of performance from all the representatives on the team. Company culture and moral are also great and I come into work excited for what the day brings.

What used to be a weakness here (company morale) has turned into a strength the past year.

CSA really promotes a good work life balance with a generous PTO policy. When management asks for your opinion I feel like they really want to hear what I have to say as an employee. Supportive team culture as well as my manager steps in to help out wherever needed. The snacks are also a nice perk! I feel like the company is supportive when life happens and we need to pick up a sick child from school. The company offers ongoing training and has a great open door policy to collaborate.

The company has grown quickly and so with that there have been some growing pains but the company is aware and does their best to navigate those and take feedback from the employees.
