Pros

It's a job with benefits and decent pay but delivering mail does the same. What's a pro that stands out? Unlimited amount of change....not the kind you can keep up with.

Cons

You know the cliche " if it's too good to be true; then it is" Well guess what, on paper the company looks decent but in reality there is a pit of despair in many departments and centers. Supervisors and Managers alike have or were sitting behind desks reviewing estimates, now they are leading the charge with no understanding of the nuances of the job. Lastly run away if you value your health and time because this is the 1st to go.

Our expectation is that Supervisors and Managers are creating a positive environment that enables employees to thrive. Good luck to you in finding a job that works best for you.
