No one ever really goes out of their way to welcome you to the organization. After a Cliff notes style training (2 weeks), you are handed over to a new hire team. One of the supervisors belittled people to the point a class of 10 dwindled down to five after barely two months. Those of us still around are looking for better jobs. There is no online manual or reference point. They literally have printed books on everyone's desk with procedures. Policies change by email, but no one has ever updated the books on our desks. The workload is so much that each day even the best of employees leaves feeling defeated and with the pile of work ever growing. There is no stopping to reflect or double check work.
The internal service between departments is true reflection of why customer dissatisfaction is on the rise. They also still use hard phones. Technology is way behind. When you start, you will get a 10-7 shift. Don't expect to stay a minute after your shift. The late night supervisor will start hovering around 6:45 to stop making calls and the power shuts down at exactly 7. Really poor employee experience.
