Pros

It used to be a great place to work. When I first got hired I loved it. Management was knowledgeable, supportive and honest. My coworkers were great too, all around a good place to work.

Cons

Now, it's horrible. Management does not tell us anything and when they do it is either an out and out lie or misleading information. They treat us like we are too stupid to realize they are lying to us and constantly put us down. We are frequently told to change our entire process and before we can get used to it they change their minds and try something else. It feels like the place is being run by a bunch of distracted teenagers who only care about how things effect them and not the employees. Management is always talking about how to improve customer service but they refuse to treat the employees with any respect at all. The only plus is that remaining people who survived the layoffs are great to work with. Just watch out for anyone in management!
