Pros

I tried really hard to think of some and all I can say is some of the employees are nice.

Cons

CSAA INSURANCE has no Moral Compass. racism and misogyny are rampant. They will hire minorities for jobs in servicing which is called Area 51 but when those people try to apply for the more coveted positions in claims, they are looked down upon and laughed at. They hire people in claims with little experience and don't properly train them and then load them up with claims. If they don't work excessive amounts of overtime to stay on top of the workload, they will make the supervisors document their failures then fire them. They contest EVERY SINGLE unemployment claim by saying the person was fired for misconduct even though the reason is they just couldn't handle all the overwork. they even hire an outside firm to fight the claim with the state and use all that documentation against you. They have the same state representative on all of their unemployment claims who is probably paid under the table because they win nearly every case even when it's clear there was no misconduct. Most people there are in constant fear of losing their job and this company abuses their employees by fostering an unspoken expectation of working off the clock in order to get free work out of exempt employees. This place and the environment can only be described as toxic. If you are smart and value your reputation you will stay far away.

Pros

I am grateful for the resources and vendor relationships that Mobilitas provides. They help me work faster and more efficiently as a Commercial Casualty Adjuster. I also appreciate that the company supports the use of AI, which helps make our work easier and more efficient.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement have become more limited over the past year. It feels like there is not a clear or effective path to move into leadership. The current leadership programs do not feel very helpful or are not geared toward claims roles. It can also feel like staying in the same position for a long time before being seriously considered for promotion.
